Description
In this design, I modeled an extension to the existing engineering building. My building model consist of a three story building with multiple collaborative workspaces for students, a cafe area, a lounge, multiple maker-space areas that will include 3D printers, laser cutters, and other production equipment and a student gallery area. Each floor also has restrooms and a storage area(s). For this design, we provided a demolition plan as well as new construction plans for each floor. The plan also included design alternatives for the cafe area and the gallery / lounge area in order to provide the client with different options.
