The proposed addition to this building above contains about 18,900 square feet of indoor classrooms, workspaces, storage rooms, and more. The second floor contains an auditorium that could be used for a makerspace, a lecture hall, or a library. On the fourth floor, there is room for a cafe with an additional 5,030 square feet of patio space for outdoor seating or other gatherings. This design contains expansive glass walls that let natural light in, as well as two outdoor staircases, an indoor staircase, an elevator, and a second floor balcony. Additionally, there are many windows on all sides of the building that contribute to the roomy aesthetic of the design.
