I developed an aesthetically pleasing design based off of inspiration for Y2E2. By mirroring this building i was able to efficiently model an addition for students that is less than 25,00 square feet. It includes 3 identical floors with a cafe, workspace, gallery and 2 bathrooms on each floor. We also have a Work room and storage room which can serve adequately as a 3d printer room or for example a custodians office. We also include ample space for pedistrians on each floor located in the hallways. I also design a second option with outdoor furniture if the client decides on the option shown in my sheet set.
