Description
Illustrated is a commercial office building located in the Bay Area for the fast-rising social media company TwitBook . The 107,000SF building was designed using a top down approach using Revit’s place mass feature. To promote a creative thinking environment this building was designed to allow as much natural sunlight as possible and features 10 levels with vast amounts of useable space, all outside areas including the roof are enclosed within guardrails for safety. The restrooms, stairs, elevators, and utility rooms are all centrally located within each floor of the building to fairly accommodate all occupants of the building. A spare staircase is located towards the rear of the building for emergency egress, the roof level also features a mechanical room for the elevators.
