Your Recommendation for the “Best” Design Option

Enter a brief paragraph (5 to 7 sentences) outlining a brief explanation of why you chose this design option as the “best” after comparing your analyses of the proposals…

The “PI”-shaped design has been selected due to its simplicity and more balanced exposure to the sun. The wings allow for easy division between residential, entertainment and office spaces while naturally creating an aesthetically pleasing communal courtyard. The Comoros flag style and Spline-themed buildings look really neat, but they are much less environmentally friendly to build and also have much larger gradients in sun exposure and therefore will need additional HVAC or sun-blocking mechanisms than the PI-shaped building. The balance of the PI building also for straightforward traffic passage, by either vehicle or foot given entrances can be put all sides evenly. Lastly, a simple design will make future repairs easier.
