Your Recommendation for the “Best” Design Option
I selected Proposal 1 as the final design because it performed as well or better than the rest in each of the analyses considered. This design achieves a high daylight potential across all facades. It also provides a central area with comfortable wind speeds and lower temperatures. Additionally, the stepped design allows for the construction of outdoor terraces that also benefit from reduced wind speeds and temperatures. Finally, the proposed model is the least disruptive to the Phoenix skyline.
