Description

I wanted to hit three main design choices: a lot of windows, a single-sloped roof, and a car park (not a garage). I enjoyed the split-level look of the different walls so I didn’t change the concrete. I decided to go with a spiral staircase because this is a vacation home and I wanted people to feel luxurious in their home. I really enjoyed the curtain wall feature to enhance the windows and natural light in the home. Downstairs reminds me of my grandparent's basement and so I mildly based it off of that. Overall, still pretty basic, but I was able to learn some new building techniques.
