Your Recommendation for the “Best” Design Option

I chose to make my proposal 3 option the “best” design option because of a few factors. I think that the design of the building is the best with combining residential waterfront views while also having a seperate space for commercial offices. Furthermore, based on the wind analysis I think it will be the most comfertable building to be around on a windy day. Also, since it is Boston, having some areas for sun is a good thing but also on hot days there is enough areas for shade that the building gives.
