Description

My proposed design uses steel framing for the structural system. An HP shape is used for the columns and S shapes are used for the girders and W shapes for the joists. The specification of the sizes are, in respective order: HP18x135, S15x50, W8x10. The columns sit on 1-pile caps and a 12” thick foundation. The floor slabs are made of lightweight concrete on metal decking.
