Description
I added two outdoor seating terraces on the left and right sides of the building to create inviting spaces for social interaction and collaboration. Each terrace includes tables, chairs, and protective railings to ensure usability and safety. I also incorporated multiple solar panels across the main roof surface, providing a sustainable energy feature that reduces the building’s environmental footprint. These solar panels are positioned to maximize sunlight exposure and contribute to overall energy efficiency. Additionally, I refined the rooftop equipment enclosure to better integrate it with the surrounding architectural elements. Overall, these design adjustments enhance both the building’s functionality and its commitment to sustainability.
