Description

Enter a brief paragraph (5 to 7 sentences) describing your changes to the shared design that you'd like to highlight here...

I edited the western side of the third floor of the building by adding walls to create five separate rooms and a 170 sq ft balcony. The northwest rooms are for productive work - a library/study with computers, a room with office equipment (printers/copiers, facsimile machine, drafting table, shredder), and a large conference room. The southwest rooms are for relaxation and socializing - a television room with sofas, and a gaming lounge with room for a billiards table, table tennis table, and two card game tables. The gaming lounge now opens to a small balcony for outdoor relaxation and small-size grilling. One image shows the rooms with the roof and ceiling hidden to display the interior dimensions and furnishings up close. To balance the carbon footprint of the grill, two trees were planted outside.
