In the above building model, I added a room on the left front side of the building that houses a small cafe leading out to a patio. The cafe has a glass wall on the inside of the building, with doors that lead to a spacious area with a coffee bar countertop in the corner. The cafe has two exits that lead to a large patio, which has plenty of seating at tables and reclining chairs. The patio is surrounded by a guard rail, shrubbery, and trees. This space offers the opportunity for community and socializing outside of work that could take place in the rest of the building.
