Converted the original solid exterior wall system on the south and east façades to a full-height glass curtain wall with vision glazing and spandrel panels. Adjusted mullion spacing to 5′-0″ centers and aligned the curtain wall grid with the structural column grid for coordination. Raised the curtain wall base to match the finished floor elevation of Level 2 and extended it to the underside of the roof. Updated all host wall openings and cleaned up intersections with floors and roofs. This change significantly increases daylight penetration and provides the updated aesthetic requested for the mixed-use building
