Description
This model proposes an extension of the existing building that includes much more student space, the model is meant to cater to student mental health and well-being. It contains three additional floor plans. The first floor is complete with large collaborative workspaces but it does contain a design option for the more traditional enclosed workspaces. The second floor includes a cafe with a dining area for students looking to get a break from work. The third floor includes an area for exhibits, 1 bedroom for students looking to sleep, and a general entertainment area. Each floor has a bathroom, staircase, elevator, and room for storage. The exterior design has many different options including an option with predominantly curtain walls, one with predominantly regular walls, and one with a mixture of both.
