      Scenario Comparison

      image

In the final scenario comparison, the least EUI value would be the all aspects changed (building envelop, lighting & plug load, and PV). This gave an EUI mean of -19.1 kBtu/ft^2/yr meaning it saves energy annually. However, if you were to only choose two categories to change it would have to be lighting and PV. It produces the second lowest mean EUI value of -7.81 kBtu/ft^2/yr. It might not be as much saving as the former but there could be monetary savings in not implementing all the envelope modifications.
