For this practice, I used the steel frame into the model since it can bear large load and we do not need much supportings. If we use wood frame, we may need to allocate a lot of columns and beams to support the building. Wood structure may obstruct the opening space and casuing aesthetic issue.
For columns, I used W shape-column with dimension 10 x 33
For beam, I also used Wshapes 12 x 26 with offset in z direction 0.5’’, and the beam system I used same beams and with fixed distance 6’.
In additon, I did not obstruct the elevator, stairs shaft.
