Problem statement:

Trash cans at Panda Express fill and crowd too quickly due to high-volume food containers, increasing the demand of plastic bags and the frequency trash has to be taken out.

Ordering at Panda Express can often be slow and inefficient due to long, twisting lines and the loud music making communication with food workers difficult, bringing down the customers’ overall ordering experience.
