Embodied vs Operational Carbon: Emit Now Or In the Future

The goal of this project is to create an integrated design tool that helps structural and environmental engineers collaborate in real-time to optimize the structural system and minimize the embodied carbon of buildings. This tool will assist in making informed sustainability decisions during the planning and design phases, significantly impacting the overall carbon footprint of construction projects.
