Description
The plane shape of the entire building is an ellipse, and the plane rotates as it goes upstairs. A gym and lobby space are planned on the first floor, and a daycare center and locker space are assumed on the second floor. Office spaces were planned from the 3rd floor to the 10th floor, including bathrooms, meeting rooms, and cafe spaces. I planned to create an open space by installing an atrium that penetrates the rooftop slab from the second floor. Two stairs are installed on each floor to ensure safety in the event of a disaster. In addition, mechanical room space is on each floor.
