This house is designed as a vacation home based on the posted requirements. The first floor is the common area, containing living room, kitchen, dining room, restroom, and an enclosed garage for two cars. To better utilize the great views, all the three bedrooms are facing south. Two sides of the living room have curtain walls. There are also two balconies for residents to relax. There are one front door and one back door on the lower level, through which people can walk to the outside tables, chairs, and BBQ station.
