- Plug load efficiency to 0.6W/sf: reduced the EUI from 39.7 to 35.1
- Lightning efficiency: by improving the efficiency to 0.3 W/sf the EUI is lowered from 35.1 to 31.7
- Day lighting & Occupancy Controls: by introducing both: EUI = 31.4 kBtu/ft2/year
- PV panels
- Surface coverage: a 90% coverage improves the EUI from 31.4 to 18.9 kBtu/ft2/year
- Panel Efficiency: an efficiency of 20.4% lowers the EUI to 16.0 kBtu/ft2/year
- Payback limit: increasing the payback limit to 30 years gives a final EUI of -10.4
