Floor Layout Revision
At this point of the project, I have laid out the shell of the building I am designing. The floors in the picture above are in order of lowest to highest from left to right. I have constructed a bubble chart of where I am expecting rooms to be and how much space they will occupy as well as the stairs, elevators, and paths of circulation.
The building will have green terraces running from end to end of the building that connect to outdoor pavilions on the roofs of the first and second floors. Floor 1 has approximately 13,000 sq ft. Floor 2 has approximately 10,415 st ft. Floor 3 has approximately 9,050 sq ft. This entails a total of 32,470 sq ft. for the three floors of the building.
