Description
In my design, I propose to add an observatory space to the roof. It will feature circular curtain walls to provide 360 degree visibility outside and skylights on the roof to observe the stars at night. The space serves to allow building occupants to have a place to gather and hang out outside of the building and there are added railings to prevent any people from falling off the roof now that there will be people visiting that area.
