Description

I went with a very simple footprint of a 25’ x 20’ box. The front of the building is also the south-facing side which is why there is much wall space taken up by glass. There is a good flow from the meeting space to individual desks to the lab sink. There are many windows in this area to allow for lots of natural light to aid in productivity and positive built environment impact. The rear of the building houses the ADA-compliant restroom and the storage room.
