This is a modern vacation home with many glass surfaces. The curtain walls throughout each of the bedrooms and on the top floor allow the home owners to enjoy the view at any part of the house. While it may be atypical to place a kitchen on the top floor, it was done so that time spent together will be accompanied by a great view. The curves are meant to make the home look more modern as well as replacing many wood components with metal.
