Description
The main theme of my vacation home is spending time together and lounging around. There are many spots in the house for communal gathering (e.g. the living space, dining space, library, patio, etc.). A highlight of my house is that the living space does not have a ceiling to create an opening feeling. Additionally, there is balcony looking down into the living space and access to the patio. The south side of the house, is made of curtain window walls to allow sunlight in the winter, and give a beautiful view in the master bathroom. On each floor there is a bathroom for easy access. Lastly, the kitchen has an island for quick meal but there is a formal dining space across the kitchen to support group dining.
