Made as a proposed design for the new TwitBook headquarters this is a progressive take on the classical office building design. This model blends the traditional high-rise office building with a more open and fluid space that encourages collaboration, creativity, and mental well-being. The interior building models the conventional office building. That said, it is a more modern take on the traditional office building with its curvaceous exterior features and the atrium running through its core. The interior building is meant for office jobs but if need be each floor could be modeled with or without conventional office spaces depending on TwitBook’s desires. The exterior building is a fluid space that allows workers to connect and interact. The openness of the area should positively contribute to employees’ headspace. Stairs join the levels on the exterior building on 3/6 faces.
