Why am I creating a prototype?

The type of feedback that will be most helpful for refining and improving my product idea is:

• From a concept perspective: What are the problems with this idea? Why wouldn’t it work? Why wouldn’t customers want to use this? What could make it better? What have I missed?
• From an execution perspective: What could make this work better? How can the technology behind the service work / work better? What risks can you see?
• Would you use this service? If you lived rurally, would this make / allow you to get rid of a car?

Prototype Features

What product features will I prototyping? And why? What do I hope to learn from testing this feature?

• Demonstrating the feasibility of autonomous buses and the roadmap for their adoption
• I hope to learn better the customer needs and concerns around the service
• I want to demonstrate that ultimately, this could replace cars.

How will you prototype and share these features with others to get their feedback?

I plan to create a demonstrate the feasibility, obviously it’s not possible or practical to get a real bus but I can point to working examples where autonomous buses have been used in trials
