Key Findings from the Interview

• She takes great pride in the fact that she is always looking for ways to lower her carbon footprint. She works in a restaurant and she always encourages her colleagues to use the metal, washable silverware when eating rather than the readily available plasticware.
• She states that her family used to have a weekly recycling service along with their trash pickup, but they recently got rid of it due to the cost. She hopes to convince her family to bring this back, and would like to push her family a little harder when it comes to general consumption.
• She is worried, just like in the example above, about the price sustainability often requires. She acknowledges the financial ease often present with more wasteful products, and wish environmental awareness didn't some at such a high cost that is often a "deal breaker" for people.
