When taking photos of a museum or other exhibition area, we often have a feeling that the photos we took are kind of missing from the real scene… What is the reason for that?

So, what I’m thinking about here is the dimensions we look into. As we all know, a photo is always 2D dimensional, but if we place ourselves into a 3D environment, the situation definitely changes a lot. We can see things through different directions. What about 4D with sound or even 5D with vibration? That could be awesome!

So, what makes an exhibition space great? My answer would be letting the exhibition space bring people different sensory impact. The important thing is to make people feel immersive.

I went to the Coke Cola world museum in Atalanta during the winter break, I was so impressed with their exhibition space. During the tour, it seemed like I was able to ride a time machine. I could really touch the history. I could see, listen, feel, or even create my own coke. I was really impressed.

Let visitors feel immersive is the top priority to make an exhibition space great.
