Description
I created the field research station with simplicity and function in mine. I tried to maximize seating space in the square footage that was allotted, with a workbench/workdesk area perpendicular to the meeting room. This would allow seamless transitions for researchers to be in and out of working and meeting. There are windows across the front wall of the station to allow natural lighting, as well as smaller sills in the meeting room to provide lighting in that room as well. I placed the storage room next to the study couch as I wanted to minimize noise and talking heard from the meeting room. The table in front of the couch allows more work and individual conversations to be held amongst researchers.
