Design Project 2 | PoV Statements

Mia almost never likes using public bathrooms. Not only does she not like the uncleanliness of them, more importantly, she thinks that most of them are poorly designed. They flush with unnecessarily large amounts of water, they smell, and a large portion of the waste either gets incinerated or goes to landfills.

Carlos always dreads going to bathrooms, especially in public places like malls or airports. He doesn’t like how public bathrooms are really plain, with the same design everywhere. The stalls always look the same, and the toilet model is too. He believes some creativity, art, and making public toilets a more personalized and enjoyable experience would improve customer satisfaction.
