By starting off with the baseline values, and an EUI of 54 for the building envelope, we were able to reach an EUI of 6.93. This was possible by setting the power, lighting, and photovoltaics to the settings with the most energy savings. This might lead to high initial costs but could pay off over time. The photovoltaics has the biggest impact and reduced the EUI by almost 40 EUI.
