What types of building information are best portrayed in 3D views?

To show clients the scale of the elements, to better understand materials and to have quicker understand of the project. Very important for the interior design

Give examples of how the building information for a specific location in the project needs to be filtered for different audiences and purposes?

For example the client downs want to see the MEP sheets or even to much text information. They prefer everything visual, easy to read, with colors and textures, for a better understanding.

Should your design ideas always be conveyed through photorealistic renders?

I believe that in the final presentation of the project it is very important and even critical to present a photorealistic render. Mostly if its a project for retail.

Name some applications where viewing the building and model information in virtual reality or augmented reality would be most beneficial?

For a kitchen contractor, to show the product and experience with the latest technology.

How can schedule views be used to assist with procurement and model-based estimating?

The schedules quantify the elements in the model. It can be used to facilitate the cost estimating process of the project.
