The design strategies are to foster natural ventilation, create more shading, and avoid direct solar radiation from the East-West direction. Moreover, It helps to connect the spaces by large corridors and open spaces for exhibition and multipurpose areas, forming a ‘work’ ‘live’, and ‘play’ environment. The roof is publicly accessible and connected by a ramp, while other roofs in the higher elevation are equipped with PV to generate electricity to make the building Net zero. The design is based on the real topography level and tries to minimize the cut and fill, blending with nature and preserving the tree cut down as much as possible.
