The model above is a replicate of my grandma’s house in Mexico. This model features a two-story house made out of concrete. Concrete is the most common material used in Mexico due to the very humid conditions in the area. The first floor has a room with a fully equipped bathroom, intended to be elderly-friendly, as they no longer need to go upstairs. The house does not have windows in West/East elevations views, since neighboring houses obstruct views (close contact).
