I want to create a center that feels relatively low in density, with a lot of openings for outdoor activities and exhibitions, and which the layout itself allows the visitor to go from outdoors to indoors multiple times throughout their visit. I want my exhibition center to use natural materials to connect the building with nature, while also having a distinct shape. I was thinking primarily a mix of wood (a carbon friendly option) and white stucco (less of an environmental impact than cement but with great durability and low maintenance. I also want my structure to be fairly simple in design to resemble peace and calmness (I do not particularly enjoy over-saturated structures) but that plays with facades using simple elements like its materials or windows.
