Description

For this module, I designed a structural framing system for TwitBook’s new multi-story office building that I created in Module 6. Based on the material availability and cost, I decided to have a “Concrete Structural system” for the model. I then created columns and beams at all levels to model the structural framing elements.

Finally, I merged the structural model and the architectural model in the Autodesk construction cloud. Then, I created three Issues re. the coordination of “Green Area above the Podium”, “Roof Slab at Tower C” and “ Podium Slab” to share the viewpoints of the model.

P.S. The concrete columns of the building structure will be splitted by levels for Module 9 re. option 2 of 4D simulation.
