Description
My model floorplan is a simple rectangle (20’x25’) with 3 distinct rooms: (1) the main room, (2) a 5x10 ADA bathroom, and (3) a 8x12 storage closet. The unique design feature of the model is a slanted (N—>S) roof with 1/8” elevation. The extended wall length on the south wall is useful to add windows for efficient design. There are 3 work stations with approximately 36’ space for each occupant. There is a work station and a lab sink (plumping is connected to the bathroom sink) and finally a meeting space for 4 people.
