- A brief paragraph describing your structural system strategy
My structural strategy to to keep a clean open floor plan just as the design intent is. Used steel structural member to create columns and beams. I was able to span longer distance using steel as compared to wood. Maintain regular grid pattern to keep up with open space plan - helps me align structure members with existing walls based on designer drawing resulting in no obstruction to circulation and movement within that space. In the other words no seeing some of the columns in my plans shows they are embedded tin the walls.
