My goal for this research station was to create an open, airy environment that allows for great natural light and collaboration spaces. I wanted the south wall of the storage room to be turned into a whiteboard wall so the nearby desk and set of three chairs could have a lot of space to brainstorm and discuss. Depending on how removed the students would like their discussion space to be, they can move that discussion space to the west nook and place the current desks there against the south wall of the storage wall. I wanted another wall (east) to have a built in lab bench with a sink to maximize the space. The south wall has many windows and glass doors to let in plenty of light, while the opposing wall only has one window by the doorway and lab bench. There solar panels on the sloped roof (not sure why they're not showing up).
