Analysis

The baseline materials used are given in the table below:

1. Energy Insights

Generating insights and setting the max. PV efficiency. Using all the BIM values or better where possible resulted in a 95.1 kBtu / ft² / yr.

Use 8 in concrete (with Supplementary Cementing Materials) with insulation and add siding to create aesthetic look.

• Roof

Layered terraces: green roofs, cafe and solar panels (canopy). Maximize PV area.

• Floors and slabs

Use timber floors, both for embodied and operational carbon.

minimize amount of windows, while still have day light: 15-30%

Have window height depend on space function: kid zone lower, office desk height, expo person height

To avoid too high, shading can be added. The cantilever helps shade the second floor terrace .
