The building model follows a simple yet elegant design to cater to the company's needs and vision. It features two parallel convex walls and two concave walls made of glass to allow for great views of the exterior, ample light filtration, and open spaces. The four corners of the building are made of stronger material for structural integrity and to house the 4 stair egresses that are around the building. The middle of the building holds two restrooms, a utility room, and a elevator across on each floor. This design provides the center hub for which the offices, meeting rooms, and kitchenets, among other elements will surround.
