My current model can accommodate all the requirements so far but still needs some fine-tuning. The highlight of the building will be the garden/shaft area at the center so that the visitors can be connected to nature wherever they are in the almost circular building.
I am also thinking about complicating the building by adding an extra level on the north side in order to maximize the sunlight there, but it’s a trade off since it might require extra cooling. An alternative is elongating the north side. I will run an energy analysis to see the energy differences.
I will also utilize outdoor spaces around the building for gathering and activities.
