For my model, I utilized the slope of the hill to provide space for a garage that two cars could theoretically fit into. I created two staircases, one to connect the garage and the first floor and another to connect the first floor and the second floor. I also added a terrace so that people can relax and see the view. I also made all the windows glass as an aesthetic choice so that people can view the beautiful landscape from all sides of the building. Additionally, I made the highest floor basically places where people can sleep and I made the first floor (on top of the garage) places where people could hang out.
