I chose the second option to be the best proposal. In terms of the two analysis’ the second option performed slightly better than proposals 1 and 3, meaning it would produce more energy if we chose to use solar panels and it would be more thermally comfortable. In terms of design, I believe it represents the company the best because it is in the shape of a T, which is reflective of the name TwitBook. I think the simplistic design will make it easier overall to build and the shape of the building fits in with the surrounding buildings, meaning it would fit right into Phoenix. Overall I believe the second proposal has the greatest design benefits according to the analysis’, represents the company the best, fits into the city the best and is easy to produce, making it my recommendation for the best design option.
