Big Design Idea:

My idea is to create a modern architectural statement that embodies sustainability and environmental harmony. The focus will be on integrating natural elements with cutting-edge technology to reduce the carbon footprint and showcase sustainable practices in urban construction. The design aim is to inspire green living while enhancing the quality of life for occupants and visitors.

Building/System Features:

  • Incorporate terraced greenery and open spaces for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
  • Design interactive green zones with areas for relaxation, community events, or education about sustainability.
  • Add an urban forest garden or vertical greenhouse to promote biodiversity and community engagement.
  • Photovoltaic Solar Panels:
    • Integrated into the roof and facade for maximum renewable energy generation.
  • Smart Daylighting Systems:
    • Automated systems to track the sun’s position and optimize natural lighting while reducing glare.
  • Water Management Features:
    • Rainwater harvesting systems for irrigation.
