Module 3

My mixed-material design connects visitors to the beauty and serenity of their surroundings. The curtain walls and glass roof allow for views of the lake and mountain from all rooms; the balcony on the second floor allows for outside activity. When not in use, this balcony's glass roof allow occupants in the lower living area to feel immersed in their surroundings while remaining inside. The food-finished walls and floors maintain a connection to organic materials, and the brick perimeter walls give the house a down-to-earth feel. This is a playful modern design created for luxury but also created practically, with a large parking lot, and storage space.
