As a starting point I used all the coding of the "Modeling and Attractor" Module. Changing the cubes to cylinders on the Revit Family Block. This caused the parameters to change into radius and height only.

For the 3 Units scope, I multiply the sin curve times the amplitude, resulting on the height offset. Then I add the Base Offset. And divided the result by the distance between the pebble and the coordinates points. Diminishing the ripples based on the distance from the pebble.

I located the pebble on a corner of the pond, because I wanted to see more ripples on a single direction. Leaving the oposite corner of the pond closed to flat, waiting for the ripples.

UPDATE

I created 3 more pebbles to make the pond looks like I skipped a stone 3 times.
