Design Journal Entry - Module 1

For my design, I will focus on two aspects:

I hope my architecture and nature can be well combined. As opposed to concrete blocks that stand out in the natural environment. And make better use of natural resources like sunlight. I wanted my building to have both private and quiet parts, as well as open spaces with access to vegetation and water.

I will consider physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of the people inside, which includes fresh air, views and thermal comfort. I want to design the building not only conducive to air circulation (like using undulating louvers) but also encourage the movement and communication of people.
